DEIB CERTIFICATION

DEIB CERTIFIED (LEVEL 1)

You achieve it when:

1. Your organization has had an external review of its DEIB markers and has received recommendations.

2. You have a comprehensive DEIB Strategic Plan in place to continue to grow toward Cultural Proficiency with actionable strategies and measurable goals. 

3. Your management team has participated in the Fundamentals training module (DEIB Basics, Identity, Cultural Proficiency). 

DEIB SILVER CERTIFIED (LEVEL 2)

You achieve it when:

1. Your organization has covered the base certification parameters (namely external assessment, DEIB Strategic plan, Fundamentals training).  

2. You have had in-depth DEIB training for management (equivalent to another module of your choice).

3. You have tangible community impact in DEIB. 

4. You have formed a dedicated DEIB team. 

5. DEIB is reflected in your Mission, Vision and Values Statement. 

DEIB GOLD CERTIFIED (LEVEL 3)

Your organization can achieve the GOLD level of certification, your organization has achieved tangible:

1. ​Diversity.

2. Equity.

3. Inclusion.

4. Belonging.
